What Happens After I Make Payment? As soon as you have made payment and joined the SlipperyBean Seller Club, You will get an email with all the instructions you need to create your profile. If you do not receive the setup email within an hour, please contact our team, make sure your email address is correct, and check your SPAM folder.
How Do I Find My Profile? Once you have created your profile, it will go into the approval queue. As long as you have read the guidelines when creating your profile, it should be published within a few minutes. You will be able to find it in the ‘Latest Sellers‘ section of our website, usually within a couple of hours.
How Do I Cancel My Account? If you decide to leave us, you can do so at anytime by closing your account. please let us know by opening a support ticket here. We will be sad too see you go, but will close your account.. Your page will automatically be removed as soon as your paid period is up.
Can I get a refund if cancel? No unfortunately all services are non refundable, as this is an automated service that is provisioned as soon as we receive your payment. You can ask for your page / profile to be removed at any time, and you can always use any ‘paid time’ again, by creating a new page / profile.
